Religious Certificates

The Halal standard

The word Halal, in Arabic, means what is accepted by the Islamic law. Therefore, Halal certified products are those that can be consumed by Muslims. These products, food or not, follow specific production processes, packaging and traceability that prove their purity. It is addressed to companies engaged in international trade as well as to all companies that want to operate even in local markets, giving added value to their final product.

The Kosher standard

According to the Jewish food law, which derives from the Bible, the term Kosher refers to products that are suitable for consumption by the Jews. The Kosher certificate requires the appropriate choice of raw materials and ingredients as well as a certain way of production. It is addressed to companies that target global markets as Kosher certified products pave the way for new markets and customers.
